Hello and welcome to my website store...
Since buying my very first Mary Quant Daisy doll, you could say that I have become rather addicted to Daisy. A very good friend of mine helped out with the re-rooting of my first doll, and then, with the knowledge that I had purchased my Daisy doll to display a few 'official' Mary Quant outfits that I had repaired, he thought he'd inspire me by sending across a few home-made outfits, and well, that was when my 'gift' for making OOAK outfits was realised. I've had cause to buy a few more Daisy dolls since then, and have not only mastered the art of re-rooting as well as restyling, but with Daisy doll parts and repair services in very short supply (the later being virtually non-existent!), I soon found myself repairing quite a few Daisy dolls too!
My story however doesn't begin with Daisy, it was actually my decision to replace a much-loved and relatively small Palitoy Pippa doll collection from my childhood (this being one of those "my mum threw it out" scenarios!) that really got the ball rolling. Having purchased many TLC lots in order to acquire the outfits that I needed (and being rather sentimental! lol), I soon found myself repairing and reselling quite a few of the unwanted items. My Pippa doll has unfortunately had to take a bit of a back seat since Daisy's arrival (bless her!), but I'm still trying to find those last few items (my current list and requests by 'Revivals' customers can be found by clicking on this link: 'Most Wanted' ), and with new batches coming in regularly now, there's always something Palitoy Pippa, Topper Dawn or Clone wise to repair - I try and fit these in as often as I can!
The suggestion to open up a website store came long before I did so on 1st July 2011, and things have certainly moved along rather a lot since then, with newly listed items, services and/or pages being introduced to you monthly now.
